3. Product Information
We try to ensure that photos, descriptions, sizes, colours, packaging, and prices are accurate. However, because many items are handmade, manually arranged, seasonal, or gift-wrapped, the final product may have slight differences from photos shown.
Soap flowers are decorative gift items and are not meant for consumption. Colours, wrapping paper, ribbons, boxes, and accessories may vary depending on stock availability.
For fruit gift boxes, fruit type, size, brand, origin, colour, ripeness, and packaging may vary based on seasonal supply and quality. We may substitute unavailable fruits or packaging with items of similar value and suitable quality.
4. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only after full payment is received or after we accept the order through our official channel. We may reject or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, payment is incomplete, delivery is outside our service area, order details are incorrect, or we cannot fulfil the requested date, time, design, or customisation.
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed paid orders will not be affected unless there is an obvious pricing error.
5. Customization
Custom requests such as message cards, colour themes, branded tags, corporate gifts, bulk orders, and special fruit combinations are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers must check spelling, names, messages, phone numbers, addresses, and delivery details before confirming the order.
6. Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal supply and stock availability, we may substitute soap flower colours, fruits, packaging, ribbons, fillers, or accessories with items of equal or higher value. We will try to maintain the overall look, theme, and value of the product as closely as possible.
7. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery terms are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery time may be affected by traffic, weather, courier availability, festive demand, incomplete delivery details, building access restrictions, or recipient unavailability. Where self-pickup is available, customers must collect the order within the agreed time.
8. Cancellation, Return, and Refund
Orders that have already been prepared, customised, packed, collected by courier, delivered, or attempted for delivery may not be cancelled. Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate recipient name, phone number, delivery address, postcode, preferred delivery date, delivery instructions, and message card details. Additional delivery charges may apply for failed delivery, re-delivery, wrong address, last-minute address changes, or delivery outside our standard coverage area.

Soap flower gifts should be kept away from water, direct sunlight, high heat, and humid areas. Fruit gift boxes should be opened and checked immediately upon receipt, stored properly, and consumed while fresh.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our maximum responsibility for any confirmed issue shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.

All website content, product photos, graphics, logo, wording, product names, packaging designs, and branding materials belong to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

14. Offer and Promotional Codes
At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.
As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalized special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.
